Methods of Voting. SilverBow stockholders, whether holding shares directly as stockholders of record or beneficially in “street name,” may submit their proxies on the Internet by going to the web address provided on the enclosed proxy card and following the instructions for Internet voting, by phone using the toll-free phone number listed on the enclosed proxy card, or by completing, signing, dating and returning the enclosed proxy card in the postage-paid envelope provided. SilverBow stockholders of record may vote their shares virtually at the SilverBow Special Meeting or by submitting their proxies: • by phone until 10:59 p.m. Central Time on July 28, 2024; • by the Internet until 10:59 p.m. Central Time on July 28, 2024; or • by completing, signing and returning your proxy or voting instruction card via mail. If you vote by mail, your proxy card must be received by 10:59 p.m. Central Time on July 28, 2024.
