Methodology and Materials. The Government will assess the offeror’s ability to demonstrate a mastery of and commitment to current methods, including integration of instructional technology and principles underlying proficiency-oriented language instruction in accordance with (IAW) the PWS. The Government will assess the degree to which the Offeror’s statement of methodological approach demonstrates an understanding and ability to apply those principles elaborated in the PWS to the classroom. The Government will also assess the offeror’s ability to identify and procure culturally based language learning materials appropriate to the requirements of the contract. The Government will assess the breadth (full span of knowledge or capability) and depth (intensity, complexity, strength, how deep is the knowledge or skill, how detailed) of the offeror’s capability in the contract’s respective language grouping below: Eastern and African Languages (Language Group 3): Offerors must demonstrate the ability to provide language training in all of the languages from this group. Low Frequency Languages (Language Group 5): Offerors must demonstrate the ability to provide language training in at least 20 languages from this group.

Methodology and Materials. This qualitative case study research rely on a constructivist philosophical position, about how the complexities of socio-cultural world are experienced, interpreted, and understood in a particular context and time (Bloomberg 2007). The finding is a triangulation of official employment policy documents and an overview of scholarly literature to offer a corroboration and/or supportive evidence (Mayring 2012) from Czech Republic. The official documents are Czech Employment Act (that’s ACT dated 13th May 2004 on Employment in Czech Republic) and employment policy reports about Public Employment Service. The criteria for selecting these documents are multiple purposely sample (Xxxxxx, 1990; Yin, 2003). The researcher searches the official employment documents and reports from online through search engines such as Google and gatekeepers in Czechia between the month of February and March. The documents were specifically in Czech and English language. In the cases of Czech language, the researcher use Google to translate the text or ask his Czech`s colleagues to assist in translation
Methodology and Materials. In carrying out the Plan, Partner and Collaborator may share proprietary know-how, methodologies, curricula, and other materials (collectively, “materials”). Partner and Collaborator may each use the other’s materials only for purposes of planning, executing, and evaluating the Plan, and may not otherwise use materials or distribute them to third parties. For clarity, Partner will obtain no rights to Collaborator’s materials, and Collaborator will obtain no rights to Partner’s materials, except for such use as is contemplated by this Section 3. Partner and Collaborator may each provide or prepare educational materials, presentations, and other documents for participants or others in connection with the Plan ("Materials"). Partner and Collaborator each will continue to own all right, title, and interest in its own Materials. Each of Partner and Collaborator may use the other’s Materials for the sole purpose of carrying out the Plan.

  • Equipment and Materials Contractor at its sole cost and expense shall provide and furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation services and any other items (collectively, "Equipment") which are required or necessary to perform the Services in a manner which is consistent with generally accepted standards of the profession for similar services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, District shall not be responsible for any damages to persons or property as a result of the use, misuse or failure of any Equipment used by Contractor of the Contracted Parties, even if such Equipment is furnished, rented or loaned to Contractor or the Contracted Parties by District.   • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

  • Payment for Labor and Materials The Contractor agrees and binds itself to pay for all labor done, and for all the materials used in the construction of the work to be completed pursuant to this contract.
