Method of Exercise; Payment; Issuance of New Warrant. a) The holder hereof may exercise this Warrant, in whole or in part, at the times and subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 hereof, by the surrender of this Warrant (with the subscription form attached hereto duly executed) at the principal office of the Company, together with payment in the aggregate amount equal to the Warrant Price multiplied by the number of shares of Common Stock being purchased. At the option of Holder, payment of the Warrant Price may be made either (i) in cash, by wire transfer of immediately available United States federal funds or by bank certified, treasurer’s or cashier’s check payable to the order of the Company, (ii) by cashless exercise in accordance with Section 2(b), or (iii) by any combination of the foregoing methods.
