Method of Data Collection. The thesis primarily involves review the IRC and CSA court cases. As a result, the majority of the data collected in this thesis are secondary data, which are data that have been collected and recorded beforehand. Method of Data Collection. Analysis This study employed documentary method of data collection. Contents of documentary materials related to the subject matter such as newspapers, published articles and so on were examined.
