Method for Providing Services. (1) Party A and Party B agree that, during the term hereof, both Parties may directly, or through their respective affiliates with the ability and resources to provide the corresponding Services, sign other technical service agreements and consultation service agreements for the purpose of providing the Services to Party B, and agree on the specific contents, methods, personnel and costs of specific services. (2) To perform this Agreement, Party A and Party B agree that, with the term hereof, both Parties may directly, or through their respective affiliates, sign the intellectual property license agreements (including but not limited to trademark, software, copyright, patent and technology secret), which shall allow Party B to use relevant intellectual property of Party A at any time as required by Party B in conducting its business. (3) To perform this Agreement, Party A and Party B agree that, during the term hereof, both Parties may directly, or through their respective affiliates, sign the lease agreement for equipment, plant or office, which shall allow Party B to use relevant equipment, plant or office of Party A at any time as required by Party B in conducting its business. (4) To perform this Agreement, Party A and Party B agree that, during the term hereof, both Parties may directly, or through their respective affiliates, sign other agreement for the purpose of providing Services to Party B. (5) Party A may, at its own discretion, subcontract all or part of the Services to be provided to Party B hereunder to any third party capable of providing the corresponding Services and resources.
