Method for Notices. All notices given hereunder shall be in writing and shall be sent by first class mail, postage prepaid, and addressed to the intended recipient at its last known address and shall be effective on the date of receipt or on the fifth day after mailing, whichever is earlier.

Method for Notices. All notices given hereunder shall be in writing and shall be sent by first class certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, prepaid and addressed as set forth in Section 1.10 above (except that any Member may from time to the intended recipient at its last known time give notice changing address for such purpose) and shall be effective on the date of receipt or on upon the fifth day after mailing, whichever is earlier.
