Method for Notices. All notices under this Partnership Agreement shall be personally delivered or sent by United States mail addressed as indicated in Section 2.4 of this Partnership Agreement (except that any Partner may from time to time give notice changing its address for that purpose) and shall be effective on the date of personal delivery or on the third day after mailing.
