Common use of Metering Costs Clause in Contracts

Metering Costs. Seller will be responsible for all costs and expenses relating to all metering equipment installed in respect of the Facility. The actual expense of any PacifiCorp-requested additional inspection or testing will be borne by PacifiCorp, unless upon such additional inspection or testing the metering equipment is found to register inaccurately by more than the allowable limits established in Section 9.3, in which event the expense of the requested additional inspection or testing will be borne by Seller.
