Common use of Meter Standards Clause in Contracts

Meter Standards. The Carbon Dioxide delivered hereunder shall be measured with orifice meters constructed and installed in accordance with the October, 1981, compilation of standards in the American Petroleum Institute, Manual of Petroleum Standards, Chapter 14, with any subsequent amendments, revisions and additions which may be mutually acceptable to Transporter and Shipper. Computations of pound mass shall also be made in accordance with said manual.
