METER SEALS. All meters will be sealed by the Cooperative. Tampering with meters and other facilities of the Cooperative violates this Tariff, and under AS 42.20.030 may result in liability for three times the amount of actual damages sustained and three times the value of the service taken. Tampering with a meter or plumbing will subject the consumer to disconnection of service without notice.
METER SEALS. Seals shall be placed on all meters or meter enclosures by DSO personnel and such seals shall not be broken or disturbed by anyone other than authorized representatives of DSO.
METER SEALS. All meters used to determine the billing under this Tariff shall be appropriately sealed and the seals shall be broken only by GRDA upon occasions when the meters are to be inspected, tested, adjusted, replaced, or reset.
