Informal Stage An employee, with the concurrence of the Bargaining Unit, may initiate a complaint with the immediate supervisor within twenty-five (25) days from the day the cause of the grievance became known, or reasonably ought to have been known. Professional Status The Superintendent affirms that he is not under contract with any other board of education covering any part or all of the term provided in this contract.
