Message frequency will be at least monthly, but ultimately depends on the type of alerts Customer chooses to have sent to his/her mobile phone, the manner in which he/she conducts account activities, as well as the number of planned or unplanned maintenance events scheduled in his/her area. Customer can typically expect 3 - 6 messages per month from PBB Alerts.
