Message Exchange Phase. Transmit the agreed-upon value vi from GPBA [11] to all other processors and receive value vj from processor Pj, where 1≤ i, and j ≤ n. Then, construct the vector Vi = [v1, v2,…, vj,…, vn], where 1 ≤ j ≤ n. If no connected link is found, say il, then vl=ϕ. If a dormant faulty link, say ik, is found, then vk = λ.
