MERS Registration Sample Clauses

MERS Registration. As of the Transfer Date, all of the Mortgage Loans have been registered on the MERS system and all required data has been entered by Seller on the MERS system, with the exception of recording information that is not yet available to Seller as of the Transfer Date.
MERS Registration. The Servicer is authorized and empowered by the Purchaser, in its own name, when the Servicer believes it appropriate in its best judgement to register any Mortgage Loan on the MERS System, or, with the prior written consent of the Purchaser, cause the removal from the registration of any Mortgage Loan on the MERS System, to execute and deliver, on behalf of the Purchaser any and all instruments of assignment and other comparable instruments with respect to such assignment or re-recording of a Mortgage in the name of MERS, solely as nominee for the Purchaser and its successors and assigns.
