Common use of Merger Clause in Contracts

Merger. The voluntary or other surrender of this Lease by Tenant, or a mutual cancellation thereof, or a termination by Landlord, shall not work a merger, and shall, at the option of Landlord, terminate all or any existing subtenancies or may, at the option of Landlord, operate as an assignment to Landlord of any or all of such subtenancies.

The voluntary or other surrender of this Lease by Tenant, Tenant or a mutual cancellation thereof, or a termination by Landlord, of this Lease shall not work a merger, and shallat Landlord's option, at the option of Landlord, shall terminate all or any existing subtenancies or may, at the option of Landlord, operate as an assignment to Landlord of any or all of such subtenancies.

Merger. The voluntary or other surrender of this Lease by Tenant, Tenant or a the cancellation of this Lease by mutual cancellation thereof, or a termination by Landlord, agreement of Tenant and Landlord shall not work a merger, and but shall, at the option of Landlord's option, terminate all or any existing subleases and subtenancies or may, at the option of Landlord, operate as an assignment to Landlord of all or any subleases or subtenancies. Landlord's option hereunder shall be exercised by notice to Tenant and all of such subtenancies.known sublessees or subtenants in the Demised Premises or any part thereof. ARTICLE 19

The voluntary or other surrender of this Lease by Tenant, or a the cancellation of this Lease by mutual cancellation thereof, or a termination by agreement of Tenant and Landlord, shall not work a merger, and shall, at the option of Landlord's option, either terminate all or any existing subleases and subtenancies or may, at the option of Landlord, operate as an assignment to Landlord of all or any subleases or subtenancies. Landlord's option under this Section shall be exercised by notice to Tenant and all of such subtenanciesknown subtenants in the Demised Premises.

Merger. The voluntary or other surrender of this Lease Leave by Tenant, or a mutual cancellation thereof, or a termination by Landlord, shall not work a merger, and shall, at the option of Landlord, terminate all or any existing subtenancies or may, at the option of Landlord, Landlord operate as an assignment to Landlord of any or an and/or all of such subtenancies.

Merger. The voluntary or other surrender of this Lease by Tenant, or a mutual cancellation thereof, or a termination by Landlord, Landlord shall not work a merger, and shall, at the option of Landlord, terminate all or any existing subtenancies or may, at the option of LandlordLandlord and as set forth in Section 16.1.2, operate as an assignment to Landlord of any or all of such subtenancies. Tenant's acquisition of Landlord's interest in this Lease shall also not work a merger.
