Merge Trusts Sample Clauses
Merge Trusts. To merge at any time after my death all the trust property with the property of any other trust created by me during my life or by Will, and held by the same Trustee for the benefit of the same beneficiaries and upon substantially the same terms and conditions as those described in this Trust, and, at the Trustee’s discretion, either administer the merged assets as a single trust or transfer the trust property to that other trust, to be administered under the instrument governing that other trust, and thereafter terminate this Trust as a separate legal entity.
