Merge point clouds. The Merge is a useful tool for experiments with point cloud data. The original point cloud can be split into several parts, each of them can be processed in a different way, and results are merged into a final point cloud. Identifiers of source point clouds can be added to the merged point cloud. The identifier is used to determine a source of points in subsequent analyses and processing. For example, multi-scan of a research plot can be merged from individual point clouds. The merged point cloud can be used for tree identification and measurement in multi-scan mode. Spatial clusters of a cross-section of the merged point cloud can be resampled to simulate single-scan mode.
