Merge, Consolidate or Sell. Guarantor shall not merge or consolidate with or into another entity, or lease or sell all or substantially all of its property and business to any other entity or entities without Lender’s written consent. Guarantor further agrees that no member of Guarantor shall sell, dispose or transfer any ownership interest in Guarantor in a single or series of transactions without the express consent of the Lender.
