Merchant understands Clause Samples
Merchant understands acknowledges and agrees that, during the Resolution Period following termination of this Agreement, Pixxles will incur ongoing administrative, maintenance and collection costs in connection with managing and maintaining the Reserves pursuant to Clause 9 and that Pixxles is entitled to compensation from Merchant to recover such costs related to data and risk management, systems support and safeguarding the Merchant’s funds in a third-party bank account.
Merchant understands acknowledges and agrees that Mon- tyPay acts on its own behalf and does not represent nor does it bear the responsibilities of any of the Issuer, Customer, Payment Schemes, MontyPay’s Partners or any other company or party.
