Common use of Merchant Regulations Clause in Contracts

Merchant Regulations. The Merchant Regulations set forth certain policies and procedures governing your acceptance of the Card. You shall ensure that your personnel interacting with customers are fully familiar with the Merchant Regulations. The Merchant Regulations are a part of, and are hereby incorporated by reference into, the Agreement. The Merchant Regulations and releases of scheduled changes therein are provided in electronic form, on our website at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. We reserve the right to make changes to the Merchant Regulations and accompanying schedules and exhibits to the Agreement at any time as set forth in Section 15.F of the General Provisions. You agree to be bound by and accept (and shall cause your Affiliates to agree to be bound by and accept) all provisions in the Merchant Regulations and accompanying schedules and exhibits to the Agreement.
