Membership Renewal. Annual membership is renewed for one year by payment of the membership fee in full in advance. For monthly Direct Debit memberships, the Membership continues on a rolling monthly Direct Debit payment until cancelled by either party. Please see notes on cancellation below.
Membership Renewal a) Range membership is a privilege and not a right. To retain membership from year to year, members must remain in good standing. Members in good standing are defined as those who consistently follow range rules & regulations and as a result do not require intervention, explanation, mediation, or “maintenance” by range management. Examples evidencing “high maintenance” members include, but are not limited to, disciplinary actions, conflicts with other members, incidents requiring range management intervention, or other such conduct.
b) All members must renew their membership annually. Renewal notification and packets will be emailed to members in good standing on or about November 30th every year. To renew your membership you must complete & sign a new Risk Liability waiver, a Membership Renewal Form and a copy of the 2021 Range Rules (Annex C). Your signature acknowledges that all portions of the 2023 Range Agreement & ALL Annexes have been read & understood. The new forms must be submitted with the annual fee to our office. Members renewing a current membership do not have to satisfy any training requirements.
c) Memberships expire on December 31st of every calendar year. You should plan on submitting your renewal paperwork in November. This will ensure that your renewal is accomplished before the end of the year and that you have the new Range gate code and a current Range Badge. Members who renew before December 31 will not have their use of the Range interrupted. On January 1, members who have not renewed their membership will not be able to open the gate with the old combination and will be denied entry to the Range.
d) If your membership has lapsed for more than 2 months (i.e. not renewed by midnight on February 28th), then you will be considered a new member and must attend a Range Orientation class and execute a Membership Packet before you can access the Range. It will not be considered a renewal. This is important so that you can have a refresher for our range and safety rules.
e) There is no 'penalty' for late membership renewal other than being denied access to the Range until the renewal is turned in. Early renewals (i.e. renewals submitted NLT 31 December of the expiring year) MAY receive a discount. However, in any event, WE DO NOT PRORATE DUES FOR LATE RENEWALS. Completion of all renewal requirements will ensure that we always have current contact information for members and that members have the latest rules and policies.
Membership Renewal. The membership continues as a continuous monthly Direct Debit payment until cancelled by either party as per the cancellation section below.
Membership Renewal. GSF membership is automatically renewed annually, until members request to cancel it. Implementation of a Child Protection Policy within the first year and completion of the GSF Annual Census and are both conditions of GSF membership. Therefore if these conditions are not met, membership will not be continued.
Membership Renewal. (a) If the Network Administrator decides to offer a renewal of Membership, the Network Administrator will, two (2) months prior to the expiration of this Agreement, send to you a Renewal Notice. The Renewal Notice will give you the option to renew your Membership.
(b) To accept the renewal, you must advise the Network Administrator of your acceptance no later than seven (7) days prior to then expiration of this Agreement by any of the following means: • In person • By post • By facsimile • By email • By telephone; or • Any other manner stated in the Renewal Notice. All required address details will be provided in the Renewal Notice.
(c) If the Renewal Notice is not received by the Network Administrator 7 days before the expiration of this Agreement, the Agreement will terminate from the expiration date.
Membership Renewal. OneGym reserve the right to amend membership fees as deemed necessary by the Directors, but will give members a minimum of one calendar month’s notice of any proposed amendment.
Membership Renewal. 6.1 Unless a Member notifies us that he/she wishes to terminate this Agreement (i.e. cancel his/her Membership) by following the instructions in paragraph 7, that Member's Membership will be renewed automatically each month ("Renewal") and that Member will be charged the Membership Fee, which will appear on that Member's monthly billing statement.
