Common use of Membership on Boards Clause in Contracts

Membership on Boards. Executive, with the permission and knowledge of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, may serve on the Board of Directors of other companies and institutions during the course of her Agreement with the Company, as long as such service does not interrupt Executive in the performance of her duties as the full-time Executive Vice President, Specialty Companies of the Company or other then-current position with the Company.

Membership on Boards. Executive, with the permission and knowledge of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, may serve on the Board of Directors of other companies and institutions during the course of her Agreement with the Company, as long as such service does not interrupt Executive in the performance of her duties as the full-time Executive Vice President, Specialty Companies Senior Solutions of the Company or other then-current position with the Company.

Executive, with the permission and knowledge of the Company’s 's Chief Executive Officer, may serve on the Board of Directors of other companies and institutions during the course of her his Agreement with the Company, as long as such service does not interrupt Executive in the performance of her his duties as the full-time President and Chief Executive Vice PresidentOfficer, Specialty Companies Health Plans of the Company or other then-current position with the Company.

Executive, with the permission and knowledge of the Company’s 's Chief Executive Officer, may serve on the Board of Directors of other companies and institutions during the course of her his Agreement with the Company, as long as such service does not interrupt Executive in the performance of her his duties as the full-time Executive Vice President, Specialty Companies President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company or other then-current position with the Company.

Executive, with the permission and knowledge of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, may serve on the Board of Directors of other companies and institutions during the course of her his Agreement with the Company, as long as such service does not interrupt Executive in the performance of her his duties as the full-time Executive Senior Vice President, Specialty Companies Corporate Controller of the Company or other then-current position with the Company.
