Membership of the JPC. Each Party shall appoint one (1) representative to the JPC who will be an officer or employee of such Party and will have appropriate knowledge and expertise and sufficient seniority within such Party to make decisions arising within the scope of the JPC’s responsibilities. Each Party may replace its representative at any time upon prior written notice to the other Party.

Each representative may serve on more than one Committee as appropriate in view of the individual’s expertise.
