Membership of the JFC. Each Party shall appoint two (2) representatives to the JFC each of whom will be an officer or employee of such Party and will have appropriate knowledge and expertise and sufficient seniority within the applicable Party to make decisions arising within the scope of the JFC’s responsibilities. Each Party may replace any or all of its JFC representatives at any time upon prior written notice to the other Party. Such representatives will include individuals with expertise and responsibilities in the areas of accounting, cost allocation, budgeting and financial reporting.
