Common use of Members May Participate in Other Activities Clause in Contracts

Members May Participate in Other Activities. Each Member of the Company, either individually or with others, shall have the right to participate in other business ventures of every kind, whether or not such other business ventures compete with the Company. No Member, acting in the capacity of a Member, shall be obligated to offer to the Company or to the other Members any opportunity to participate in any such other business venture. Neither the Company nor the other Members shall have any right to any income or profit derived from any such other business venture of a Member or affiliate entity.
