Special Requirements Additional terms and conditions of this Agreement, if any, which are made a part hereof are set forth in the “Special Requirements” attached hereto as Exhibit “B” and incorporated herein by this reference. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of Exhibit “B” and any other provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of Exhibit “B” shall govern.
TITLE VI REQUIREMENTS H-GAC in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Xxxx. 000, 00 X.X.X. §§ 0000x to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit in response to this Agreement and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
Admission Requirements USERs and Participants are subject to the administrative and technical supervision and control of CONTRACTOR; and will comply with all applicable rules of CONTRACTOR and DOE with regard to admission to and use of the User facility, including safety, operating and health-physics procedures, environment protection, access to information, hours of work, and conduct. Participants shall execute any and all documents required by CONTRACTOR acknowledging and agreeing to comply with such applicable rules of CONTRACTOR. Minimum Vendor Legal Requirements Vendor shall remain aware of and comply with this Agreement and all local, state, and federal laws governing the sale of products/services offered by Vendor under this contract. Such applicable laws, ordinances, and policies must be complied with even if not specified herein.
