Member’s Guest Use Program. Members on site only may permit guests to use the available Sites for a fee, see Exhibit I, Fee Schedule, subject to the provisions in Section 4.1.3 and the Rules and Regulation in Exhibit D. The primary purpose of the guest use program is not to generate income but to offset Ownership expenses and is designed so as to not interfere with the enjoyment of the Property by the Members. Members are responsible for their guest’s behavior at PSME and for any and all damages to PSME, their personal property or that of anyone else during the guests stay. The Member must be on site for guest usage.
