Common use of Member Voting Clause in Contracts

Member Voting. The presence, in person or by proxy, of a Majority in Interest shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business by the Members. Except as otherwise stated in this Agreement, the affirmative vote or written consent of a Majority in Interest shall constitute a valid decision of the Members.
