The Member Request clause establishes the process by which a member of an organization or group can formally submit a request for action, information, or resources. Typically, this clause outlines the required format, submission method, and any necessary supporting documentation for such requests, ensuring that all members follow a standardized procedure. Its core practical function is to provide a clear and consistent framework for handling member-initiated requests, thereby promoting transparency and efficiency within the organization.
Member Request. In the event of an Emergency, a Member’s Authorized Official may 45 request mutual aid and assistance from a participating Member. Requests for assistance 46 can be made orally or in writing. When made orally, the request for personnel, equipment, 47 and supplies shall also be prepared in writing and submitted to the participating Member as 48 soon as practicable. Requests for assistance shall be directed to the Authorized Official of 49 the participating Member. Specific protocols for requesting aid shall be provided in the 50 procedures developed under Article IV. 51
Member Request. In the event of an Emergency, a Member’s Authorized Official may request mutual aid and assistance for its water and wastewater system from another Member. Requests for assistance may be made orally or in writing. When made orally, the request for personnel, equipment, and supplies shall be prepared in writing as soon as practicable. Requests for assistance shall be directed to the Authorized Official of the other Member. Specific protocols for requesting aid shall be developed by the Steering Committee and be available through the WIWARN Website.
Member Request. The Member may not transfer its membership interest in the Company without the consent of the Board. If the Member requests such consent, the Board will agree so long as the Board reasonably believes that the action is in or not opposed to the best interest of the Company.

A Member may request in writing that the Secretary issue a written request from the Board delivered to another Member requesting that the other Member disclose in writing the relevance of a specific patent or patents to a draft specification being discussed in a Working Group (“Disclosure Request”). A Disclosure Request is subject to approval by the Board. If approved, the Disclosure Request shall be sent in writing by the Secretary on behalf of the Consortium to the applicable Member and shall include the Member’s reasons for making the request, the draft specification in question, and any relevant meeting minutes and other documents.

Specific protocols for requesting aid shall be provided in the required procedures to be established by the committee pursuant to Article IV hereof.
Member Request. The Member is hereby requesting that SRE install the Generlink device purchased from Global Power Products. The Member understands that all items will need to be on hand when an SRE representative arrives to install the Generlink device. The first trip to install will be free of charge, provided that everything required for the install is available on site. If the install requires multiple trips, any subsequent trips will be assessed a trip charge. The Member understands that only SRE personnel may install or remove the GenerLink device. Member further understands that should SRE become aware of any recalls or known hazards created by the GenerLink device, SRE may remove the device without notice and return it to the member.
