Member Exit. Members who are eligible to receive an education award upon the successful completion of a term of service will have their status certified in the National Service Trust by the organization. Member Exit. 1. Successful Completion of the Term of Service To successfully complete the term of service and earn an AmeriCorps Education Award, a Member must: • Sign and abide by the Member Contract which states his or her rights and responsibilities while serving in the National Xxxxxx AmeriCorps Program. Members must comply with the policies and procedures outlined in the Member Contract; • Satisfactorily complete the term of service as outlined in the Member Contract; • Demonstrate compliance with applicable policies and procedures, a positive attitude, quality service, and respect for others; • Attend all service and training events as outlined by the participating college or university; • Complete the required number of service and training hours; and • Receive a satisfactory End of Term Performance Evaluation.
Member Exit. (a) Prior to Final Project Approval, Pacific Hydro US may inform VRC by giving at least 30 days prior written notice of its intention to dispose of its entire Membership Interest in the Company (Exit Notice).

  • Divestitures Except to the extent prohibited by applicable Laws, if any BTC Recipient relinquishes Control of all or part of a business unit, or a particular function or facility of any BTC Recipient after the Effective Date (each, a “Divested Entity”), then at the request of such BTC Recipient, State Street will continue to provide the Services, including Disengagement Assistance to such Divested Entity for a period of time BTC requests, which period will not extend beyond the earlier to occur of: (a) 24 months after such entity becomes a Divested Entity; or (b) the end of the period during which State Street is required to provide Disengagement Assistance under this Agreement, at the rates and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable Service Modules; provided, that, such Divested Entity agrees in writing with State Street to abide by the terms and conditions of the applicable Service Module and any applicable provisions of this Agreement.
