Member Authorization. The governing bodies of the Members have each authorized execution of this Agreement, as evidenced by their respective signatures below.
Member Authorization. An authorization signed by its members, authorizing the RLC, the execution, delivery, and performance of this Credit Agreement, the Note, the Credit Documents, and all advances of credit hereunder.
