Meetings – Implementation. During the Implementation Period the Authority and Prime Contractor shall meet in an “Implementation Review Meeting” every month (or as otherwise agreed by the Parties) to review the Implementation Plan and progress towards Milestones. Representatives from the PTS Provider shall attend if requested by the Authority.
