Meetings at Central Office. Whenever members of the bargaining unit are mutually scheduled by the parties to participate, during working hours, in conferences, meetings or negotiations at the Central Administrative Offices, they shall suffer no loss of days from personal or sick leave bank and no loss in pay, and substitutes shall be provided.
