Meeting to Discuss Directory Publication. Within ninety (90) days following the date of this Agreement, Buyer agrees to meet with Seller and Publisher for the purpose of having an initial discussion about the first directory publication after the Closing Date. This meeting will be held at Publisher's address unless otherwise agreed between the parties and Publisher. All parties shall employ their respective commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that directory publication is not interrupted following the Closing Date.
