Medical Software Hosting Services. A. AZCOMP will provide hosting on a secure server with an Internet address for storage and access of Data, User Data, and the Medical Software. The Data, and User Data must be "server-ready." If CLIENT requires additional bandwidth or storage, AZCOMP will negotiate in good faith to accommodate such requests unless AZCOMP's data center cannot accommodate the requested bandwidth or storage. B. AZCOMP shall provide medical software hosting services as detailed on the signed quote/sales order associated to this agreement. Only approved software items, agreed upon with AZCOMP’s written consent, are to be installed and hosted on AZCOMP servers. Connection to CLIENT's data shall be provided via Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) connections.
