Medical Services Plan Coverage. The Company will contribute one hundred percent (100%) towards the cost of B.C. Health and Wellness Plan premiums to all employees, effective the 1st of the month following three (3) months of service.
Medical Services Plan Coverage. Eligible Employees shall be entitled to B.C. Medical Services Plan coverage on the first (1st) day of the month following the month in which they complete six (6) consecutive months of employment. The Company shall pay fifty percent (50%) of the premium costs for such coverage for eligible Employees, provided that each eligible Employee pays the remaining fifty percent (50%) by payroll deduction.
Medical Services Plan Coverage. Medical Service Plan family coverage premiums will be paid by the Employer. Employees may choos e to opt out and receive sixty-seven cents (0.67) per hour in lieu as per the attached wage grid under MSP + Safety Ed. Employees shall have the right to change their option once per year providing employees submit the required form by March 1st of each year. The Employer shall make the form available to employees. Where an employee does not submit a change form by March 1 st they will default to their previous year's choice.
