Medical Marijuana License holders. In the event the Medical Review Officer notifies the City of a drug test result positive for cannabinoids, and the employee produces proof of having a valid patient medical marijuana license issued by the Oklahoma State Department of Health at the time of the positive test result, the following procedures shall apply:
