Medical Inquiries. (a) The parties acknowledge that each may receive requests for medical information concerning the Product from members of the medical and paramedical professions and consumers regarding the Product. (b) From and after the NDA Transfer Date, any such requests will be referred to Santarus’ medical department, and Santarus shall be solely responsible for responding to such requests in compliance with all applicable Legal Requirements and the Product NDA. Santarus shall be obligated for any costs associated with its responsibilities pursuant to this Section 5.7.
