MEDICAL EXCISE TAX. Contractor may not directly or indirectly pass through to Customer any taxes that are imposed on Vendor, or otherwise adjust the pricing terms of this Agreement in connection with any such taxes, including without limitation the medical device excise tax set forth in Section 4191 of the Internal Revenue Code.
