MEDICAL CERTIFICATION TO RETURN TO WORK. Upon return from a leave resulting from the employee’s own serious health condition, the employee must provide the College’s Human Resources Department with certification from a health care provider indicating that the employee is fit to return to work and able to perform the essential duties of his or her job. The College may deny the employee’s return to work until the medical certification is submitted.
