Medical Advice. 3.1 Should the Member require medical advice or Assistance, they or their representative may telephone the Specialty Emergency Services Call Centre where Specialty Emergency Services medical personnel will advise the Member on the necessary action they should take, depending upon the circumstances as described to Specialty Emergency Services. 3.1.1 Such advice may include particulars of the nearest doctor or hospital for consultation or admission. 3.1.2 It should be noted that a telephone conversation may not permit accurate diagnosis and this service shall be considered as advisory only. 3.1.3 Specialty Emergency Services shall therefore not be liable for any claims arising out of or in connection with the advice rendered by the Call Centre remotely.
