Media Notification. In any case where a breach involves more than 500 patients who are residents of the same State or jurisdiction, Business Associate, on behalf of the Provider, shall notify prominent media outlets, without unreasonable delay and in no case later than sixty (60) calendar days after discovery of the breach. The content of the media notice must meet the same requirements as the content of written notification to patients.
