Media Metrix Sample Clauses
Media Metrix. The Company has executed a traffic assignment request in favor of Alloy covering the Company Flagship Websites. The Company shall execute any similar traffic assignment or other similar documents to the extent reasonably necessary for the purpose of attributing to Alloy traffic generated by the Licensed URLs.
Media Metrix. The Company agrees to execute the Traffic Assignment Request in favor of Alloy substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 15 (“Media Metrix Request”), which request shall cover all Company Flagship Websites, and to provide a copy to Alloy as soon as practical, , but in any event no later than thirty days after Alloy’s request.
Media Metrix. North Sky shall have provided ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ with documentation sufficient to ensure that ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ shall receive credit from Media Metrix for all visits to all websites owned by North Sky during the month of November, 1999 and thereafter.
Media Metrix. Seller will cooperate with Purchaser in order to cause the Company's Media Metrix audience levels user statistics as of January 1, 2000, to be credited to Purchaser to the extent permitted by Media Metrix rules.
