Common use of Media Engagement Clause in Contracts

Media Engagement. The Recipient must notify the Department, and must ensure that Research Organisations and other subcontractors notify the Department, as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 1 Business Day after any approach by the media (including traditional online, and social news media) for comment on matters related to the Program, the Hub, the Activity and this Agreement, and provide details of the approach.
