Media Encoding Technology. The Contractor hereby grants to WMATA an irrevocable, non-exclusive, Paid-up Perpetual License, to install, use, copy, modify, display, perform, and otherwise exploit the Media Encoding Technology for all purposes specified in the Contract Documents.
