Common use of Media Contact Clause in Contracts

Media Contact. Design-Builder, its employees, agents, and subcontractors shall not contact any member of the media as a representative of Owner without the prior written approval of the President/CEO of Owner or the Owner Authorizing Official, nor shall they use Owner’s name in any advertising, publications, promotional materials or publicity release concerning this Agreement or the work performed pursuant to it.
