Common use of MEDAREX GRANT Clause in Contracts

MEDAREX GRANT. Subject to Section 3.3 and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, Medarex hereby grants to PharmAthene and its Affiliates a co-exclusive (with Medarex and its Affiliates), worldwide, royalty-free right and license, with the right to sublicense solely as provided in Sections 3.3.5 and 3.4, under the Medarex Technology, the Collaboration Technology and the Joint Technology, in each case to (a) perform PharmAthene's activities under the Project Plan, and (b) jointly Exploit the Collaboration Products in accordance with this Agreement.
