MECHANICS, SERVICEMAN TOOL ALLOWANCE FUND. The Employer shall make contributions at the rate of six cents (6¢) per hour for each hour for which wages are payable hereunder for each employee covered by this Agreement to the Operating Engineers' Mechanics Tool Allowance Fund.
