Measuring Devices. The Company and the relevant utility suppliers shall, at their respective cost and pursuant to agreed-upon technical specifications and industry metering requirements, install metering equipment at locations specified in the Utilities Service Contracts. Terms regarding calibration, precision levels and meter reading shall also be set out in the Utilities Service Contracts.
