Common use of M&E Plan Clause in Contracts

M&E Plan. MCA-Belize shall develop and implement an M&E Plan to serve as the primary governing document for monitoring and evaluation activities for the Program over the Compact Term and evaluation activities post-Compact Term. The M&E Plan shall be developed, implemented and updated in accordance with the Policy for Monitoring and Evaluation of Compact and Threshold Programs.
